The TNP20P parts are high precision high power resistors designed to be mounted onto a heatsink.

  • 5 - 25ppm/°C TC
  • 0.05% - 5%

    Rated power is 10W when mounted on 2.8°C/W heatsink at 25°C . These devices have low noise and excellent frequency characteristics.
